This release was long awaited by many users and WDCA apologizes for the delay in getting it out there.

Changed back-end access from /rewards/manage_... to /rewardsadmin/manage_... to fix multistore management HTTPS abnormalities

New Features:

ALPHA Release of Migration Utilities section in the Sweet Tooth configuration section.
This will allow you to back-up and restore your Sweet Tooth Campaigns and Sweet Tooth Configurations.

Fixed:

Added default Sweet Tooth shopping cart row renderer for virtual and bundle product types.
Improved efficiency of "lowest price with points calculator" by using cached rule data (Model/Catalog/Product.php)
Optimized redemption catalog section slightly by using cached rule data
Lowest price with points calculator does not consider store currency: inconsistent lowest price.
Shopping cart points spend Y get X relativity was invalidly being calculated.
Some sites that have enabled HTTPS on the entire website and are using Magento's multi-website features get strange redirections on some front-end pages
Points currency image always uses the default/default images directory instead of the current store view's directory.
Rounding of product price disposition created invalid point slider discount preview when points value was less than the current currency precision.
Note: If points are worth $0.0017 USD, using 1-5 points will yield a $0.01 USD discount after discounts.
Points header shows up but not cell below when cart points exist but no item points exist.
Refer a friend selection in customer behavior rule action selector was not supposed to be there and will be released in the near future as a separate extension (Free for existing Sweet Tooth users).
In configuration "configuration general settings" caption was not being displayed. The description below the field was correct however.
